Prior to the commencement of work, the employer shall arrange for its personnel preventive medical checkups
carried out by an occupational physician and other specialists. The scope of checkups depends on the specific job
and any hazards and risks related to the job (such as work at height, noise exposure, driving a company car etc.).
Hazards and risks shall be specified in the referral, which is prepared by the employer.
Preventive medical checkups are carried out based on the agreement which shall be concluded between the
employer and an occupational health centre.
